Correspondents

Larry Alger is our correspondent at large and an old hand in the news media.

A Los Angles native, Larry first creative business was a mobile recording studio in Hollywood in the mid 70s.

On the Spot Recording produced live demos for local bands as well as early reel to reel video projects.

In 1979 Larry became involved in the Power Sports Industry manufacturing and marketing motorcycle sidecars and trailers. He has reported on rallies, races and motorcycle events such as the Black Hills Rally at Sturgis SD, which he has attended nine times. His first web page went up on the internet in Feb. 1995 and in 1996 relocated to NW Iowa to work with a custom manufacturer there. His main e-commerce website is Motorcycletrailer.com, but he still likes to report on what is happening in the industry and the world around him.
