Con Man John Ronald Bagley aka John “Wayne” Bagley of Frazier Park Calif Is A Thief & Liar

In April 2010, a burglar alarm installer from the Castaic-Santa Clarita-Frazier Park area named John Ronald Bagley, who likes to call himself John Wayne Bagley, stole and swindled me out of $1200.00.  What was supposed to be a 7 day quick loan, to help John Bagley finish an alarm installation for his unlicensed alarm installation business, has turned into 17 month nightmare of lies, fraud and deceit.

First off, three weeks after John Ronald Bagley made off with my hard earned cash, he lied and told me that he had deposited my money into my bank account at a Wells Fargo Branch near San Diego, Calif. Sounded great, except the money never turned up. The bank had no record of John Bagley’s deposit, and conducted an investigation at my expense to locate the funds, because John claimed that he had lost the deposit slip. No deposit record or money, ever materialized. From May 2010 until December 2010, Bagley swore he had made the deposit, but since the bank “LOST IT” he would make it good. Never happened.

From January 2011 until September 2011, Bagley has never made any effort to pay me one dime, has dodged my phone calls, and come up with several excuses ranging from multiple heart-attacks, deaths in the family, and family emergencies. Every day is a new excuse. I found out from others that John Ronald Bagley stiffed, that he has a pattern of ripping people off, has used the heart attack story for years, and claims to be a former military helicopter pilot and retired county fire Captain.

I’ve located several of John Bagley’s family members and have contacted them for assistance. When John found out about this, he had the nerve to call me and tell me to cease and desist, but never made any mention of returning my money. The District Attorney has told me that if file a criminal complaint against John, they will charge Bagley with Grand Theft. Being the nice guy, I’ve decided to give John another chance and give him until October 1, 2011 to return my money. After that, let him explain it to the cops! With the other people I’ve located who John has ripped off, Bagley can expect a nice time back in state prison where he’s been before!
