Inside OLA …OWS Who is SMART and Who will SWING for the CRVs? Where is it Really Going?

Why is the message of Occupy Wall Street so mixed, apparently because there are no leaders in the group, right? While that may be the public face, no leaders just us 99% here, there ARE those who are leading by example, leading through sacrifice and tireless effort. It is amazing to me that the OWS has NOT coalesced a mission statement yet through the social media mediums that string this all together. It is easy enough to put up a “Propose/Develop the Mission Statement” blog section of any Occupied web site. Promote it through Twitter, Facebook and other Occupy web site’s blogs. Get the MESSAGE together. Why has this not happened? And WHY is it that the Two in-depth sources of OWS network TV coverage is from, I-kid-you not:

Amazing that the Russians and Arabs (their filtering and agendas not withstanding) are the two groups trying to get to the story by interviewing lots of different folks and playing it all over the internet. It IS strange that the media cannot seem to dig deep enough to see what is really going on inside OWS…. Does OWS really WANT a united easily chant-able message beyond WE R the 99% etc? I’m not sure they do at this time for a number of reasons.

While I cannot see completely behind the curtain here in LA, I have gotten a glimpse of how the logistics get handled, and some light is shed on those who do lead by example. First let me say it is a real mixed bag of people from many different paths of life. There are many students with a lot energy and idealism, people from education, the trades, and or entertainment fields seem to be actively GET-THINGS-DONE participating in the local movement here. So WHAT have they got done you ask? These lead by example non-leaders? Consider these two things:
1. So can YOU set up a streaming media broadcast, tend to it 24/7 and build a real Solar-Powered Media Center In TENTS? (out of “DONATIONS”?) Could YOU pull together feeding up to hundreds of people several times a day ON DONATIONS? And KEEPING them feed within the LAC Health regs (covering the City and County ass so they can say to Sacto or Washington “THEY ARE doing it according to code” remember that later). And WHY is IT that those among the Occupation the ones that say “Screw the Government and We Don’t Talk to Police” seem to be the ONES on camera all the time. Well from what I’ve seen they are not only dead wrong but, I bet will be culled out of the coming transformation (for any meaningful responsibilities anyway).

One common thing Occupiers all seem to share is the belief that and the passion for the fact that the American People have been duped, wronged and stolen from. Maybe they don’t understand all the Whos The Whys and Details, but they feel WRONGED in every fiber of their body.

Think about that as FACT for a moment. That we, the American People have been duped, wronged and stolen from. IF YOU can accept that AS FACT, then you have the underlying foundation of belief required for joining your local OWS, or what ever this movement will become when it grows and matures a little more.

This is real important, that do YOU believe as FACT we, the American People have been duped, wronged and stolen from! It is also important, real important that you KNOW AS FACT that the First Amendment establishes the absolute RIGHT of the people (hey the 99% anyway) to Peaceably Assemble for, well here read it for your self:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

BTW isn’t there a big CHURCH in NY down there some where close to Wall St that should stand good for some Occupiers 24/7-365? Or is the church all bought up too these days?

This here is the heart of the current matter:

What is Occupy Wall Street ANYWHERE USA ALL about right now? Establishing the Legitimacy of the movement to Meet, Assemble, and redress their grievances. Once that question has been settled both IN and OUT of court (I’d HATE to be the NY power structure that will be sued for Umteen-Millions in civil rights violations soon, And have too watch Naomi Wolf called to the stand to testify that IN FACT the NYPD was making up the pretexts for arresting citizens as they went along, AND which had no FACTUAL basis in LAW. I can just see some lawyers somewhere at the NLG and ACLU working this all out thinking “Shove THAT up you’re A –slot Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity. AND Mayors Bloomberg, Menino, Quan et. al where you gonna come up with the UMPTEEN-MILLIONS to pay THE PEOPLE, the 99% that YOUR guys on YOUR ORDERS, in the white shirts and riot gear, violated and will sometime cost your CITY in future settlements?

It is ALSO constitutionally correct that your BS curfews and safety codes do NOT trump the Constitution of the United States of America. Because in case you have not looked lately, here’s what IT says about THAT:

Originally, the First Amendment applied only to laws enacted by the Congress. However, starting with Gitlow v. New York, 268 U.S. 652 (1925), the Supreme Court has held that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applies the First Amendment to each state, including any local government.

In a few months or even if it takes a few years, He and LA will not be looking to find MILLIONS of dollars needed to PAY UP SUCKERS, because they played it SMART, HONEST and BY THE BOOK. They SUPPORTED the “Vibrant Expression of the First Amendment Rights” of the OWS protesters. They KNEW that it IS ultimately constitutional, for the people to occupy the City Hall lawns, because compared to the FIRST AMENDMENT protections for peacefully assembly, Codes and curfews against no tents or sleeping in the public spaces are absolutely without merit.

AND you blind, NY SOBs, if anyone dies cause you confiscated the generators in the park and the gas cans need to run them, DURING A SNOW STORM, you better get the city attorneys on some kind of defense that, No you’re gonna need the BEST attorneys, Oh never mind, I forgot you guys just arbitrarily DID Violate the rights of all those Peacefully Assembled to LIFE, LIBERTY AND the pursuit of WARMTH by your small minded, petty-lets-see-if-this-will-make-them-go-away- strategy of NOTHING but CIVIL RIGHTS Violations! Shall we add involuntary Manslaughter charges to WHOEVER issued the ORDER to confiscate all that vital equipment of peaceful assembly when someone dies? Mayor Bloomberg was it YOU personally?

ALL of YOU, and your Paid-Riot-Thugs without a conscience, are DEAD MEAT in ANY federal court that does NOT have a crooked-bought-and-paid-for Judge under those rules, aren’t you? Why YES you are.

You did it mayors, cause those P-O-S guys that pay you to look the other way, sucked YOU into believing that it was Business-As-Usual, right? What’s a little First Amendment bending here and there? Right? Those Pansy Commie Faggots will fold up like a cheep suit after the riot police get a hold of them, Right, ya know?

Well Well Well, just MAYBE you FORGOT that THIS is the American People you are dealing with and we are NOT ALL the Hippie PANSY pushovers you and Fox News seem to think they are. AND WE THE PEOPLE are in the right, and YOU guys HAVE VIOLATED the Constitution of the United States in so many ways, and in so many cases of peoples RIGHTS there under, that, IF there is ANY Gumption left in the Federal Judicial System you ALL WILL SWING, metaphorically speaking of course …

That IS the AMERICAN Way. It may take a while, just like bringing Osama to JUSTICE, but the American People will come for their reckoning eventually. And when the COPS DO realize that they are us, The National Guard UNDERSTANDS that they ARE us, YOU’RE done. Once the ones with NO HONOR and or just the mean, bullying A-Slots are shown to be who they are, and the rank and file police and military UNDERSTANDS the In-Justice of the few giving ILLEGAL ORDERS, You’re Done.

And if you continue to beat up, tear gas, flash bang and pepper spray your way though THE PEOPLE WHO ARE YOUR CONSTITUENTS, you will SWING, and maybe NOT so metaphorically.

Well don’t forget MOST Everybody today has a high res camera and lots of telephone video cameras streaming direct evidence of YOUR POLICE Departments civil rights violations to YOU-FREEKING-TUBE Hourly. Oh I guess you thought THAT would be taken down by Google if you asked real nice. BUT NO it’s not that simple is it?

The Mayor and City Council of Los Angeles DID NOT Violate the constitutional rights of the people to Peaceful Assembly, THAT YOU GUYS ALL did so foolishly.

What you don’t understand Criminal Mayors, is that this is STILL AMERICA and those cheating-lying-stealing-corrupt-federal-government-buying A-slots, paying you too, can NOT DEFEAT the basic and elegant systems of Washington, Jefferson, and Madison et. al. . Never as long as the first amendment to the constitution STILL holds sway and the Judiciary understands it’s sacred duties.

So what binds it all together? This:

So Where is it going?
It’s going to get messier and messier until the federal Judiciary comes riding in to rescue the Constitution and the American People it was written to PROTECT! Why because it it the TRUTH. And as it has been written, “The TRUTH shall set you free”.
